Acne Natural Remedies – Avoiding Over the Counter Drugs
I was interested in natural remedies for 30 years and I feel that it is not a pharmacy, which Mother Earth has been made available to improve it. I have a number of health problems I feel cured with natural resources, and that every disease that we have with what is available can be healed by nature.
An example of a problem I had, which of course I care – I had a rash on his legs for more than 10 years. E 'itches terribly and I wake up even to zero in the middle of the night, until the legs areraw. I went to doctor after doctor and no one knew what the problem was. Then I woke up one morning and saw the eruption away completely. After causing in my head, what could this miracle cure, I realized it was the garlic. Later I discovered that I had was a mushroom and garlic is an antibiotic.
And this is just one of many natural remedies that I have used over the years and is the reason why I am so enthusiastic about the use of what nature has placed at our disposal.
Over-the-counterDrugs are expensive and have more side effects. Two of the most popular over-the methods used to treat acne are benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid.
Benzoyl peroxide destroys acne bacteria and salicylic acid causes the upper layers of dead skin cells cast off. Skin cells are then formed, thus increasing the probability that the pore is blocked. This subsequently reduces the possibility of another outbreak of acne.
Benzoyl peroxide canRedness, dryness and irritation. It also results in the form of free radicals, so the sunlight must be avoided, and use sunscreen. Salicylic acid can cause dryness and even skin irritation.
What are some alternatives to these two drugs?
